I contracted this service to do a move-out clean. The list they supplied of all the areas they covered would assure return of my deposit. Half way through the job they called to add extra time, I agreed. When I finally got my deposit back from landlord it was minus cleaning fees as the service HAD FAILED to complete all areas that they said they would. I asked for a refund of only the additional cleaning charges I was subjected to and they wouldn't do so claiming I should have contatcted them within 24 hours to remedy. Well, that was not feasible for me and when they knew what they were doing enough to charge me additional time yet they did not even finish the job!
My take away is: if you advertise a service, then do it. I'm an extremely dissatisfied customer.
