We are soooooo happy since this place opened up in Westmoreland about a year ago. I believe Oaks Bottom is owned by the same people who run The Old Lompoc in NW Portland and Hedge House on Division. We used to live in NW Portland and were Lompoc regulars so our expectations were high, but we couldn't be more happy. I could eat here 7 days a week. If you go, be sure to try the Tachos. They are basically nachos with tater tots instead of chips and they are really yummy. My favorite dish is the cobb salad, but my husband likes the brisket sandwich. The beers are from their own brewery and are also superb. The service is very friendly. The only potential downside is that there is sometimes a wait on weekend nights and the place can be noisy, especially when people bring their screaming toddlers. I would highly recommend Oaks Bottom!
