This establishment is run like it is in a third world country. The Refund policy is that you don't get back your refund and you can't choose something else inside the store. If you've paid down on one item that's already in the store and would like to choose something else instead, you're not allowed to and you lose your down payment. I don't know of any other consumer oriented business that's operated in this manner.
