I've eaten food from the Thai Orchid (San Jose) many times, due to its convenient location to my office, and have been consistently disappointed. I order takeout, since the restaurant is always too crowded and full. The Curries are usually O.K., but nothing else I've tried there has been any good, considering how good Thai food can be. The Pad Thai is the worst I've ever had (very greasy, with an unpleasant taste). The Mango with Sticky Rice was more like Mango with Rice Leather, and it didn't even come with any reserved coconut sauce!
