Went back for a 2nd time for a masg. & haircut, the masg. was okay. I guess Nordstroms spoiled me & for the same price I was expecting a plush robe & foot soak. My haircut - Jenna didn't even dry my hair!She barely shampooed my hair and treated me like I was a piece of crap that she's trying to sshhoo out the door fast! I left in tears. Been to salons from Bev.Hills to SF, never been treated so rudely! We'd like to feel pretty when we go to salons, I felt like crap walking out of this place and this is supposed to be a treat for Mother's day, what a treat! I'm NEVER coming back to this place even if they gave it to me for free! The only saving grace was the mgr who tried to make things better, but the damage has been done.
