This shop is not too close to my home so only shop here when I am in the area . I have always been satisfied with the meats I purchased. This is a smaller shop and may not have everything you are looking for , but the meats always seem to be very fresh. Prices are a little higher then a grocery store but the meat is fresher and trimed better.
PROS: Good fresh meats .
CONS: A little out of the way .
