The last time I was at Timpano's my party had to ask for water from our waiter 5 or 6 times with no response. We even asked other waiters, still nothing, throughout dinner our water glasses were empty. Finally a waiter walked by with a full pitcher, then walked straight past us and watered the outdoor plants! For the prices they're charging you can do a lot better.
