Applebee's is a chain restaurant with basic menu items; however, frequent additions and promotionals are added to keep things interesting. While sports enthusiasts seem happy in the rousing and boisterous atmosphere, Applebee's is not a place to go for conversation and romance. Service is average and the cost seems high for the menu items. I do recommend the honey grilled Salmon and the new potatoe chips appetizer with cheese and bacon bits.
