Panera Bread orgins are back in St. Louis when they opened as the St. Louis Bread Company, as nice little cafes winning various awards for their breads around the USA. The two owners became millionaires when they sold it to the Panera Company. Some things have changed, but the bakery items are what I enjoy. Others enjoy the coffee selection, but it appears the preparation methods have been altered. The atmoshere is not as cozy and the classical music is gone but the 1/2 sandwich and soup selection remains as probably one of the better choices or the soup in bread. Overall, good quality food, Colorado service is lacking (makes you wonder about Colorado schools), and they continue to donate end of the day bread to charity as the founders started back in St. Louis. It you want to spend $.99 on a burger realize sandwiches will be around $4-6
Pros: quality sandwiches, bakery items, soups
Cons: Panera changed it, CheckYourOrderInCO, PaneraNotAsClean
