Overall, the ride was pretty good, even when you consider my wife got drenched. It was fun, and will cool you off on a hot day (90+ in August).
The downside is while waiting in line (use Fastpass, it will save you in the long run), you pass through temple that is not air conditioned, and people get a little agitated with the wait. The day we went, it was about 45 minutes, and over 90 degrees, with no wind. Ugh!
Disney's attention to detail is very good, and this will give you, and your kids a very fun ride. Enjoy.
