Bozard Ford/Mercury's auto department is a bit difficult to deal with. It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone when you call to make an appointment. I've had to call as many as 5 times before someone would answer to schedule my service. Once you get there, they are extremely pleasant, but very understaffed. I always have to wait to be waited on, and picking up my car requires a wait to sign out and get my keys back.
They seem to do quality work, but the hassle of making the appointment and waiting to be served is not worth it!
