This company has unfair practices; they are thieves and liars. Once they hand wrote some information into a document I previously signed, I knew they were untrustworthy. They should not write anything in a document, if anything, I should have written any additional items, so I can verify my handwriting and signature.
They also deducted a so-called late fee from my security deposit from 9 months prior. Any late fee should have been charged to me as soon as it happened. I verified my bank statements and all of my checks were mailed around the same time every month (at the end of the month for the next month they are due). They claimed they sent me documentation in January of a late fee but I never received anything. I received an email about a parking issue though. I think an email about a late payment is more important than a complaining neighbor upset about us making our 2 parking spaces into 3.
I warn against dealing with these people! I wish I'd read reviews before I did.
