Horrible Customer Service - Bad Experience Ever!!! 6/22/2011

I am a business professional and have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. My renewal expired just recently and I was not aware of this, they asked me to leave the facility. This was extremely humiliating and unacceptable. It's not like they had told me this before and I failed to renew my membership. I told them I didn't have my purse with me and that I would renew the next day. They told me I was still not able to work out. He threw at me that a lot of employees have not been doing their jobs and checking. First, it's non of my business what is going on in the facility between the employees, I didn't refuse to renew and pay, I just wanted to workout and come back the next day with my updated membership. I workout 6 days a week. He didn't care to listen, he said he was just doing his job, his job is to provide good customer service. He should have allowed me to workout and then if the following day I would not come in with my updated renewal, then I would completely understand. more
