Good: I liked absolutely nothing about this practice! The worst five months of my life dealing with them! PLEAE be very cautious, I read two bad reviews about them before going in and didn’t take them into as much consideration as I should have.. Bad: The office staff was completely incompetent and the person they like to try and call an office manager was the worst of them all. They scheduled more than one appointment with me over the phone telling me my appointment was at one time and then going to find out my appointment was at a different time. The worst had to have been when I woke up from the surgery to find out that Dr. Forrest had left and didn’t even stay to speak with me about the surgery or what she saw when she got to the tumor.. Improvements: If any improvements could be made to that office it would have to start with the front office staff and most definitely a new office manager. These people not only don’t know how to schedule appointments correctly but they can’t keep track of there charts either after misplacing mine for over two weeks and not finding it until I threatened to file a grievance with my insurance and call the news and write to the newspapers.. Other: I absolutely would never in a million years recommend any person go to this office. You will be wasting your time, find a better office, they are out there. I would rather cut my hand off then ever go back to deal with that practice ever again..
