If I could rate NO stars, I would - they are not interested in you as a person and/or family. They don't take responsibility for their grounds, equipment, or units.
If something stops working and you have to foot a bill for, they dont care. My living room heater stopped working for almost 2 months, I've had to use the heat in my bed room and the stove to heat my apartment. They took NO responsibility for the extra cost even after being notified 3 times of the issue. Even after living with this faulty equipment that they have knowledge of, they still expect you to pay 100%. And the rent better be on-time or you can expect an eviction notice a week after the actual due date.
I referred a friend to live here and her unit had roaches (i've seen them with my own eyes). While I do not have bugs in my unit, they took no responsibility or even offered to help her exterminate her home. She had to pay for an exterminator out of her own pocket and they refused to reimburse her.
With a referral, the current tenant is supposed to receive a $200 Visa Gift Card - they offered her to keep it for herself instead of giving it to me as stated in the agreement - I thought that was kinda of shady. We decided to split it anyway...
Even though they all seem nice and helpful during the sign up and deposit process; the Management is very cold-hearted and unreasonable once they have you in their files. You are just another person in one of their over-priced units they expect the utmost respect from, but give you NOTHING in return... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
