I was lucky enough to have Seth as my masseuse 7 years ago when I was a very competitive athlete. My brother gave me a certificate to Ummelina for my birthday, and I've been seeing Seth regularly ever since. I'm hooked on his massage method, Tuina, and on Seth's personality and intellectual approach to massage and acupuncture. He's constantly expanding his education, and I've been trusting him to keep me healthy (despite my tendency to 'overdo') and referring him to only my closest friends (never the competition!). Seth started his own business 4 or 5 years ago, and deserves to be overwhelmed with customers. Give him a try next time your inner Lance/T.O./Dean Karnazes needs a little TLC.

Personally, I highly recommend Seth Popham for massage and acupuncture treatments. I have gone to see him every week for the past six months and I got positive results. Seth has a gifted sense of how Traditional Chinese Medicine works and I am very confident in his practice.

Seth Popham is an excellent massage therapist - especially if you prefer deep tissue. Trained at Bastyr in both massage and acupuncture, Seth worked for a while at Ummelina Day Spa before starting his own practice. Conveniently located on the top of Queen Anne hill, Seth's office is clean and relaxing.
