A New Kitchen & Bath Design really knows how to take care of the customer. Store
owner, Daniel Hang, provided the best hands on customer service for our recent
home remodel. Daniel took care of all our bath rooms, which included seven and
all of our kitchens, which included three. He spent countless hours making the
perfect and AFFORDABLE plan for our new home. He came out and visited our home project many times to make everything right. I strongly recommend A NEW KITCHEN & BATH to anyone who wants top quality for the product as well as

I had limited time to run into Morgan's and pick out a wide spread faucet. The Morgan's salesman immediately asked the type I wanted and my budget. I said old-timey chrome and he took me to their sale section which actually had what I wanted. Score!

I had a custom storage/entertainment center built for my basement--I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, but Wally at Pioneer really helped refine the design and thought of many things I had forgotten. He is extremely detail oriented, and he produced the cabinet exactly according to the original schedule he gave me. Pioneer is right around the corner from me, and I feel lucky to have a quality business like this one in the neighborhood.

I have been restoring a 1930s house and so have been to most every tile place in Seattle.... This is one of the best show rooms. However you can only buy from hear if you are a contractor. I found it best to come here look at their wonderful showroom for ideas and then go to Contractor finnishing mart a couple blocks away and buy the stuff.

I am a big believer in not going to the big box stores and supporting the local guy. I LOVE stone way hardware, they really know their stuff and don't hesitate to spend a little more at the smaller guys store. But I have to tell you, Morgan's is clueless on so many fronts. They have screwed up 5 of my last 6 orders and I have had enough. I drop 1500 on a shower enclosure, spend 35 minutes explaning all the nuances to the dimensions and it comes to me too tall, so typical. One day I called to confirm an order on some shower hardware and they told me the sales guy took the invoice home with him and they couldnt find it in the computer. Unbelievable! Total idiots.

I have this huge tub thanks to these guys, and you know they were kind enough to install it for me. The first one I had wasn’t to great because it always leaked. I went here and they fixed me a new one, this one has jets, and everything so I can actually bring people up into my tub late at night.
