  • Finally, decent airport food!

    Rating:

Dish D'lish has opened an outpost in the Seattle Airport, and it was so refreshing to find good snacks at an airport! Fresh hummus and chips, cucumber salad... as a vegan, that's what I went for, but I'm sure Kathy Casey's quality is on all the grab'n'go items available there. It's not only grab'n'go, though, it's a full-service deli - sandwiches to order, fresh juices, coffee - so if you have time to relax while you're waiting for your flight, take the time to order what you like.

  • You can't go wrong with Kathy Casey

    Rating:

Kathy Casey is a local star: she's created the drink menu for Earth and Ocean and other local spots, publishes books, teaches classes and generally gets around.

I love to stop by Dish D'lish and get a few things for a fun cocktail party with a bit of panache. Don't miss the almond encrusted baby Brie with apple chutney and you must have something that will go with the sour cherry ginger chutney.

The food is distinctive and elegant yet fun and delicious.

And pick up a few mixers while you're at it.
