We had quite a mice problem and Darryl Gee took care of it - caught 5 mice in our garage.

Prompt! Prompt! Prompt!! 6/17/2011

Joel arrived at our house a bit sooner than expected! There was no issue with this and he immediately began treating the entire yard and foundation areas of the house, deck, and pool!! He actually walked every inch of the yard in the blazing heat and not once did he complain. He was extremely professional and courteous. I would recommend Joel to anyone!! Thanks again! SG more

PEST CONTROL 6/15/2011

Decided I needed an exterminator. My friend recommended bulwark. Glad she did. The technician - JOEL - came out and did an amazingly thorough job. He was on time, pleasant and very thorough and explained a lot about the pest problems I have. more

Today I called Bulwark as we found some bee hives in the front yard. The service cordinator arranged for Tim to come down. Tim came and did a wonderful job as always. I want the management to know that Tim is a great guy who has always been very good at his service when ever he has come to our place. more

Pest Control Treatment - 10 May 11 5/11/2011

Joel serviced my home in Sanford on 10 May 11. He was very prompt, and did his usual excellent job. He is genuinely concerned that I have a phobia of spiders, and treats my home as though he would for his mother. He is very trustworthy and reliable! Great job as always!! more

I wanted to take a moment to compliment Joel on his customer service skills around his visit to my home today. Joel seemed to take great pride in working for Bulwark and mentioned his goals to achieve a management role with the company. It was refreshing conversing with Joel, and evident that he was willing to listen and address our ant and bee issues in the short term, but also has personal long term goals. Bulwark always does a great job. My technician, Orlando Council always arrives on time between the hours listed and will always tend to specific requests such as spraying fence or garage. Very happy with service and technician, and most importantly......SPIDER FREE more

Joel serviced my house in Sanford on 3/23. He was right on time to the appointment - maybe even a few minutes early. What was impressive was the combination of his professional, friendly demeanor and his knowledge. So often, you meet service and salespeople that have a partial package but that was certainly not the case with Joel. He took the time to answer my questions regarding mice and even installed and easy dog friendly trap. He had the foresight to put it away from an area where the dogs could reach it and he made sure to show me specifically where the bait box was in case our dogs happened to slip by us - even though the bait shouldn't be significantly bothersome to them if they did get into it. He even took his shoes off when he entered my house and was incredibly easy to work with. I would certainly recommend Joel again! more

I want to give my technician a good review. Joel rendered pest control service on 3/17/2011. Joel is very personable, well mannered and thorough when dealing with my pest control issues. He always does a wonderful job, and is ever vigilant when exterminating the spiders inside and around my house.
