The horses are beautiful and they all had different personalities, making for a much more interesting ride for me. I also loved the way the staff interacted with the children on the trip. They gave them responsibilty and trusted them to make the right decision in a very kind and supportive way. My son has some issues with coordination and social interactions, and we had a very hard time getting him to come to the stable on Sunday. However, the last thing he said to me that night was, "I want to go to Horse Camp!" Then on the way to school he asked if he could go riding again today after school! I must tell you he NEVER asks to do anything like this! He complains about going swimming, going to baseball, rock climbing etc. I am astounded and delighted! This is a wonderful farm run by a kind and understanding family!
Pros: horses, scenery, people
Cons: too far from my house to go every day!

I can't say enough about Dr Alley and the staff at Bowman Animal Hospital. Our Gentle Jacob has Epilepsy, and we can't imagine going through this difficult disease without the support that we get from them. Dr Alley is amazing and we knew from the first moment that we met her that we were in the right hands. She goes above and beyond ANY vet that we've ever dealt with, and she cares so much. I've recommended her to other Epi dog owners, and they feel the same. Dr Alley and her staff are one of a kind!

I have had multiple vets and pets all my life and know that if you take good care of both and listen to the advice of your vet, you won't go wrong. Dr. Ansede and his staff have gotten many recommendations and praises from all of our buddies (2 and 4 legged) at the dog park in Raleigh for their extraordinary care. We run a medical office and understand how important and vital good, clear communication, affordable prices and a vet (and staff) who cares and is available all the time make up for all the injustices in healthcare. We are able to drop off our animals before we go to work and pick them up at the end of the day - all healed and vaccinated for a reasonable cost and know they are safe. We are properly informed of all options, costs and we can make informed decisions in a timely manner. You and your staff are the greatest Dr. Ansede! Wish I could bring you donuts more often. And yes, my dog is still fat/ I mean big boned.

I'm new to the Raleigh area - job related moves every few years. I was worried moving to a smaller town that I might not be able to find a truly professional pet sitting service. I have two dogs; one beagle in good health and a special needs golden retriever (epilepsy and hip dysplasia), and travel very frequently, so I really need to know I have a caring and attentive sitter for my own peace of mind. I am so glad that I found Homesitters. When I called no one was in, but my message was returned very quickly. I explained my circumstances and because I travel frequently they sent over 2 very nice and very professional ladies (They wanted to make sure that because I travel so much I would have a backup at the ready.) to meet me and my dogs. Both ladies were obviously dog lovers - they got right down on the floor with the dogs and had their hands all over them, talking as much to them as me while we completed the paperwork. I was still nervous because my first trip was 6 and a half days. But when I returned I discovered that my worries were not needed - both dogs were the most calm they have ever been when I returned from a lengthy trip, and it was easy to see why. The sitter left notes that let me know they were paying attention to my instructions, and the notes were full of details that related her genuine love for her work. I've used many pet sitting services in many cities and had a few unpleasant experiences, but mostly very good ones. Homesitters is at the top of my list.
Pros: They understand the meaning of customer service.
Cons: Slightly more expensive than others sevices I checked out. I know from previous experience that buying a service instead of a product is definitely a time when you get what you pay for.

Great caring people. The wait was minimal, the price reasonable and they really seemed so sweet to my cat. It was nice to see her treated so well. Each piece of the visit was handled well, and smoothly even at the end when we had to pay. There were many animals in there and all seemed to be handled the same way.

We have been using Durant Road Animal Hospital for the Chemotherapy treatments for our Golden Retriever. The staff has treated us with the utmost respect and have been so nice and understanding during this difficult time in our family pet's life.
This is the only Vet office that I have every carried my dog (9 years old) to that she happily walks right in & needs no coercing to be examined.
Great service & very thorough! I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for vet care. Their grooming services are top notch, as well!

We love to do work outside our home, and we love for the birds to come into our yard. the Oyrdoor bird comapany has a good selection of bird feeder and the like that look wonderufl and help enhanse our outdoor space. Everyone who loves birds should check this place out at least once, they have so much great stuff it would be a shame not to get some.
