When it comes to clothes I am normally a bargain hunter and I really do begrudge parting with a lot of my money for just one piece of clothing. But with this store I dont mind at all. Their clothes are of the highest quality. Their prices are expensive for their clothing and accessories. But with Benettons clothes they last a long long time no matter how many times you wear and wash them. The same goes for their accessories with their durability. This store is highly recommended.

My wife and I had a really nice experience at this old school running shop in Oak Park. The staff is is awesome and willing to go the extra mile with fitting and recommending the best shoes. My wife loves ASICS and I am a SAUCONY guy. Competitive Foot had everything from these brands and we were pleased. The clothing was good too, an excellent selection.

I did not have a receipt & they were able to pull the information off my credit card & return my Items with no hassel at all. You cant do anything like that at most stores anymore.

this is a nice womens clothing store with a few mens outifts, they have nicer type dressy clothes and some casual my mom likes to shop there and i have gone a few times, the sales girls are alwasy really helpful and reccommend you best colors for outfits, they can be kinda high in price but the clothes are well made a nice place to shop

The Rocking Horse is a new tenant on the Marion Street pedestrian mall. The store sells an assortment of baby, toddler, and young children's clothing and toys. I recently swung by and picked up a very cute tux for my 4-year old nephew. I was not rushed to buy anything and the clerk offered to steam the tux for me after I made the purchase. Why go to Gap when you can find lovely things at a local shop at a reasonable price?!

I looked all over in the Oak Park/River Forest area for a local optical shop and stumbled across this one. The service is excellent - both the shop owner and the receptionists. And they can order almost any brand and style you want. I walked away with an OPI Titanium frame with Hoya ultra light lenses for a GREAT price!! Best of all, Weiner is very accommodating if their lab messes something up; they will send it right back with no charge ASAP.

They also sell, personalize, and sew on varsity letters for letterman's jackets. You can even get personalized t-shirts from pre-made designs without having to order a minimum amount. 1 shirt, 5 shirts, or 10 shirts are ok.

Spaulding's is a small clothing store that has been in the Oak Park Mall for years. They mostly have men's business and casual clothes. I like the personal attention that you get when you shop there. They take their time with measurements so that you get a suit that fits you perfectly. The prices are somewhat higher than in the larger department stores, but there's really not too much of a difference.
