I've used Buddy Allen on three separate occasions and have been very pleased each time. Not only do they have very well trained sales people and installation workers, but they have an excellent selection of merchandise. I like the fact that they are a Carpet One Dealer and just around the corner from me. The carpet that I bought from them one year ago came with a 25 year warranty provided that it was cleaned every 24 months. The cleaning had to be done by particular people whose prices seemed very high to me. When I complained to my sales person, he told me to come down and he gave me a discount coupon that saved me about $50 off the price of the cleaning. It's things like this that will keep me going back to Buddy Allen for my carpet and flooring needs.

I've bought carpet for my entire house two times now from Buddy Allen Carpet One, and I know I made the right decision. These people are not pushy in the least. They are very low key and thorough and get the job done correctly the first time.
I've been very pleased with not only the sales, but the carpet and the installation. I recently had my carpets cleaned and in order to keep the Carpet One 25 year stain warranty on my carpet, had to have them cleaned by someone they recommended within 2 years. The price was a little high and I complained to Buddy Allen Carpet One. They told me to come down there and they would make it worth my while, and they did! They gave me a coupon for free 100 square feet of carpet cleaning which saved me $40.
I highly recommend Buddy Allen Carpet One. They have a great selection and prices are reasonable too. You might save a little money at Home Depot or Lowes, but with the extra money you will spend, you know you have someone that will back their product 100% if there is a problem with the carpet or the installation.
I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others.

This shop is a good place for buying your carpets or your new oriental rugs. the quality is good and the people are friendly and they help you making the right decision. The prices are Ok although they are not the best around town. I am sure you can find something cheaper around although I woudn't know a better place to advice.

We contracted with Jerry to "match" some existing hardwood flooring in the upstairs of our house. We did not expect the floors to be indentical due to aging (5 years) of existing floors but Jerry used an inferior wood. Also, after promising years of experience and a "hands on" approach (no sub contracting) he did not return once to the house after signing us up and sent sub contractors to do the sanding and finishing. The inferior wood is not just my opinion. I have had other hardwood professionals and remodelers to look at the floors and they agree they are not the same grade/quality of wood. These floors cannot be made right short of replacing and I am just sick.

Cons: Used inferior wood
