This restaurant was suggested to me by a friend, and I have to say I had an extremely great evening. The food was fantastic, I had the Duck+Tamale and I have never had better grits. My wife had a couple of the small plates and could not stop smiling. The Moroccan Lamb Chops were cooked perfectly, and the Spanish Shrimp and Grits were awesome. Little chunks of bacon that were mouthwatering. The service was excellent thanks to a very sincere waiter whose knowledge of food and wine was quite impressive. We did not have any problems with valet, so for those of you cheap guys out there, buck up. It is a wonderful night when you can go out to eat and experience food. Hats off to the chef!!!

I have loved this place for years. I always get the Lucayan Salad. It is awesome. It also come with two cornbread muffins that are incredibly good. I also recommend the Black Bean Dip for an appetizer. The one on Elliston is always packed at lunch, but there are several locations throughout the city that you can try. Great restaurant.

Let me sum this up and say that "DIS IS DA' SPOT"!!! Are you hungry come early get your grub on. Between 11-12 start to get your groove on. Something different in mind...this is it. The owners are cool, staff is great, the atmosphere is wonderful. Security is tight (definitely a plus in my book). Bring a friend, bring a crew, or meet some new peeps. If you want to dance no problem plenty of room to get your groove or your hustle on. Want to talk, the lounge is the place for it. Don't be intimidated newbies if everyone seems to know each other. You will know them too! See you there...

This place has great choices. If you are unsure about what something is or whether you'll like it, ask the servers - They are patient, friendly and will offer samples.
It is a little pricey for lunch (some plates + drink can cost close to $10) but definitely worth it!! The atmosphere is great with its own seating away from the general Farmer's Market seating area.
Pros: Great selections and variety

This place is filthy. Filthy. The employees are exceedingly dirty and careless. Go around 8 at night and you'll get the real scoop on how dirty the place can get. I've actually been 3 times now thinking it will be different and it just isn't. Tonight, they actually ran out of chicken. Huh? The floors are dirty, one employee had a brown rag (brown with dirt) that she used to wipe off the containers that were filled with food. She also scratched her back under her t-shirt and then waited on someone by filling their order and yes, handling food.
Don't risk you health and well being by going here. It could be dangerous.
