After reading reviews and not sure why so many, so many bad, I called. What I found out is that they have changed their management team due to their past issues. Looks like they have turned things around. Yes they have a lot (255 in 36 months) compaints listed with bbb but only 7 in the last year and all of these have been resolved. This leads me to believe maybe I should give them another chance, I loved the results in the past and don't know anyone who provides the same type of cleaning. Just my opinion.

I had Carlson Carpet Cleaning come to my house to clean my formal living room, den and a couple of bedrooms. The gentleman who came out, James, was very professional and did an excellent job. I will use this company again.

Nice job done by these guys. We had some rooms that really needed cleaning and they came relatively quickly and got the job done. They didn't make it a hassle or break anything for that matter. They worked around my schedule too which is important. Overall it was a good experience.

Great service from when I first called till they were finished. Very polite, price was perfect, carpets and windows looked wonderful. I was amazed and very satisfied with the service I received. I really liked being able to call one company to do both carpets & windows. I didn't have to make a bunch of calls and coordinate scheduling.

I get my carpet cleaned quite frequently, so I have used different services. This is one of the better ones. There are some that are definitely better, but this one is still very good. What I like about them is the people who come to do the job are very nice and they are very prompt. If they tell you a certain time, they usually arrive right around then. They equipment is also very up to date and gets out stains and dirt that you wouldn't think possible. Their prices are comparable to other carpet cleaning services. Its not the cheapest, but its also not the most expensive.
