Quality of work seems good, however, not any better than Baker Bros and costs for equivalent work was about 50% higher.

We recently had our two heating/cooling units inspected for the upcoming winter. Although we've been using Frymire Services for many years, it was John M's first visit to our house. John was great: friendly, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Best of all, he explained everything he would do and anything/everything he found as he checked our units. We have always been confident in Frymire's service and now we are confident with John. more

I have used your services for plumbing, air conditioning/heating and gas leak problems. All employees were very good. Doug worked especially hard to find a small gas leak. more

Did not follow up on possible faulty part for Frymire installed Trane AC 9/22/2016

Tech on time and seemed knowledgeable. Thought issue maybe with part covered on Trane outside unit, made funny noise. Issue with short cycling when a manual override is done on thermostat so house will not cool down for long time. No follow-up on part been 6 days. more

Repolacement of AC main coil 9/1/2016

The Frymire technicians arrived and set up their work to fully protect the carpet and walls. Their work went along almost silently, and did not take long at all. When finished the place was policed and all traces were taken away. Couldn't ask for better service!! MANY THANKS more

Great work from Harvey 8/24/2016

Harvey went out of his way to help resolve a problem with water in the gas line. After hours he came back to my home and replaced the gas line and hooked everything up. He went above and beyond to fix a problem that occurred just 8 months ago. Thank you Harvey, we need more like you. You care. more

A/C Repair 8/8/2016

Very quickly came to our house to fix our suddenly non-cooling A/C - same day service on Sunday in the severe heat. The technician went above and beyond the call of duty. He did a great job. I have been using Frymire for many years (20+) and plan to continue to do so. more

AC Outage 8/2/2016

Quincy came promptly. Said he couldn't fix the problem with the AC not working and that it would take a plumber to fix It.He helped Frymire office arrange for a plumber to come right way to work on the AC. more

Repaired gas leak in valve on hot water heater 7/25/2016
