I found directconnect computer by looking through the insider listings. I almost did not even call them after I read the very first review. However after reading the second review I decided to take a chance because there address was only 2 mi. from my office. I called on Sunday afternoon, really just to leave a message but the owner answered the phone because he happened to be doing some paperwork at the office. DirectConnect had a couple of technicians available for weekend work and I was lucky that they had in stock a Dell server that met my needs at a reasonable price. The technician showed up at around 4:00 p.m. and had my server installed and all my files moved over by midnight. The technician was very professional and obviously had completed a job like mine many times before. I paid them a little over $700 in labor but they absolutely saved my ass. No telling how much money I would have lost in my legal practice had it been Wednesday or Thursday before I could get my server running again. Thank you DirectConnect!

There aren't very many of these left ... an independent lawn equipment retailer who sells just about any type of lawn equipment you could want. They also carry a good supply of parts and inventory. Their mower, edger or weed wacker service is a must! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plus where else are you going to go when you are in the market for a small tractor??

Hendricks was a good company. The only complaint is the payment required on sight. It is understandable but it is kind of hard to produce a large payment like that when it is for a large company. It is more feaseable to get invoiced. But other than that the service was good.

Well I don't usually write reviews bc I feel that people should voice their complaints to the companies, but this situation needs to be known. This company promotes that they will not charge you a dime if they are not on time, but when they couldn't make it on time, they called an said that they weren't going to be able to service my home. If anyone out there is a working stiff, you know what it takes to take time out of your day and stick around your house.... not to mention the AC isn't working!!!!!! So I just hope I save someone out there the same experience.
Pros: On time or you don't pay a dime.
Cons: If they aren't on time, they won't come at all.
