After taking my car to Service King for an estimate due to a fender bender (literally), I googled "body shops dallas" and found Glass Cars. Since I live in the neighborhood I decided to swing by for an estimate. They came in much lower than Service King, and I felt as if I was getting personal service from them vs. the cattle call method of Service King.
I called later that day and booked an appointment for the next. The owner, Jim Hanks, got me checked in that morning, and then kept me apprised throughout the repair process. Not only did they finish the job a day early, Jim discounted the work and buffed out additional scratches in a totally different area of the car from the repair site. When I went to pick my car up, I was in and out of his shop in less than five minutes.
I cannot say enough good things about this business. Now that I know they are a full-service auto repair shop, I will be returning for all future service needs and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
Stop by and see Jim the next time your auto is need of service or body repair and I promise, you will be pleasantly surprised!!

I like to work on my own cars, but I can't fix everything, so occaisionally I have to go to a mechanic for help. There is only one mechanic that I have come to trust to do the job right, and that's Trowell & Turner. Heck, I live in Oklahoma City but I'll still drive down to Dallas (car permitting) if I need a repair. I'd rather spend the money in gas once and have the peace-of-mind knowing that I will get the problem fixed right, then gamble on a mechanic here and end up out for the costs of multiple repair sessions
Auto-mechanics normally have a bad reputation, like lawyers, but these guys broke that mold. When I lived in Dallas, I sent everybody I knew to T&T and I never heard anything but praise. They are exceptionally friendly and best of all, they call you with their diagnosis and an estimate before they do any work. They let you know your options before you're stuck with the bill. AND, they'll even chauffer you to and from work while your car's being worked on. I just can't say enough good things about them.
I'll leave the review with this last note. I am an engineer, and a perfectionist. I have extremely high standards when it comes to making things work, but not just making them functional, making things work the correct way that was intended. If something can't be done right, I just won't do it. With that in mind, I give these guys a 100% positive score and recommend them to everybody. Give them a try and you will never go anywhere else again.

We bought a new Honda CR-V EX-L from Rusty Wallis Honda on Oct. 31, 2008. It was our first Honda, and we had a great experience. During the entire process, we never felt any pressure and were able to discuss and make our own decisions. We dreaded the financial part of the deal because in the past, dealerships have pressured us to buy the extended warranty and other items they had for sale and didn't want to accept no for an answer. It was the most painless experience we have had buying a new vehicle in many years. We were very impressed with the organization and knowledge of the people at Rusty Wallis Honda. We will do business with them again and recommend them to others.

The previous tinting on my rear window had started to peel. They (Justin) explained my options and helped me decide what would be best for my needs--as to cost, tinting and heat reduction. The service was fast and the explanation of what I could expect and when and how to clean the window very thorough.

They are always so cheerful and willing to help. They put new tires on my car in less than an hour, and give quick service when I have my tires rotated. This location is on Trinity Mills and Westgrove Rd. in Dallas. They also have the best prices around! They will have my business for years to come!!

I went to Firestore Cnt. on Marsh Lane/Forest. They were absolutely wonderful! I am a single female, and have no clue about flat tires, new tires etc. They were extremely helpful, I applied for credit card and will be using it at this location. They go over and beyond to take care of customers. The manager, is extremely courteous and listens to whatever your problem with your car may be, he is there to help you! I highly recommend this place to anyone, I will continue to do business with them!!

I went in on a Saturday morning, left my car off to get the windows tinted and received a call two hours later stating that my car was ready, that was fast. The guy at the counter was very helpful with my decision in window tint. I would recommend.

This Goodyear is locally owned and operated by Mary Wolston
who has an amazing Service Manager named Manny. This is
a guy who always has time for the customer. Imagine a shop where a woman can walk in (alone) and not be worried about getting ripped off: that's quite something in this town. They are busy, but the quality of work is excellent and they stand behind their work. Manny is very helpful and patient in explaining why repairs need to be done and (when necessary) has helped us out by getting our cars back on the road and letting us come back in a day or two(after payday,LOL) to have the real repair work done. This shop specializes in tires, but they do pretty much all repairs.

I have always been weary about going to auto places because they seem to find everything wrong with your car all at once and tell you it needs to be done right then or else. The people here at Firestone are honest and fair from what we have dealt with so far. We won't go anywhere else because I can't seem to go anywhere else without them making me a list of things that are wrong with the vehicle. They have great deals in store and coupons that come out every so often. Also the warranties they offer are really nice to have in case something happens or goes wrong.
