I was very impressed by the variety of designs in this store. They have one of the largest selections i have ever come across when shopping for indian jewelry. I would avoid going here on weekends though as it gets too crowded. Very hospitable staff and good atmosphere. Definitely would recommend! more

Not good 9/8/2014

Poor service, brother is rude compared to the sister. Need to bargain, will not give the item. Cash vs. check are different. There is even worse one in Shaumberg( I think it is Tennichera or ken niches something like that). I went with my friend who needed an exchange , made us wait for 2.30 hours before he got to us. more

Very Bad customer service 3/3/2013

We bought Gold worth $14k and back home realized a bangle set (non sale item) had many small stones missing. When we called them they said we could exchange it within a week. But when we went to the store within a week, the Man started yelling at us saying "through phone we don't know who is speaking so we might have said something but we cannot exchange any item and all such non-sense". We have been a regular customer and this is the kind of treatment they gave us when, for the first time we asked for an exchange of a faulty item. They treated us very bad. more

Cheaters 2/17/2013

They are big cheaters. Today I brought a gold item from them. They told me its 8 gram gold and charged money for 8 gram gold. But when I paid money and came back home I realized that it is actually 7.9 gram including black perl. I am sure gold is not more than 7 gram. They are big cheater I don't want to involve police for my money but I will suggest you not to buy any thing from such cheater. more

Bad Experience 6/8/2010

The jewelery is good but the tactics are very cheap. They are very stern in the prices and don't negotiate. Its not worth buying jewelery or clothes from this store. You can find the same item in different store in a reasonable price. I bought 2 Kurtis from buy 1 get 1 free deal but ended up paying for both. I will not recommend this store to any body. more
