I have always loved Bakers Square's pies since I was a little kid. I remember they used to have this oreo pie that was a favorite and a big treat when my mom used to bring it home...

Diner Like Feel 5/31/2006

This is the place you go when it's late at night and you are short on cash and hungry. This place has a very diner like feel to me and the food, service, and pricing are very diner like as well. I have only been here late at night and whatever I have eaten has always appeased my appetite. The food is decent and the service is just okay, but the food is reasonably priced and plenty, so its a good choice if you want to steer clear of the fast food places. The dessert menu is one thing that I can definitely vouch for. The apple pie is so yum. more

Apple Pie a la mode 5/11/2006

I have always loved Bakers Square's pies since I was a little kid. I remember they used to have this oreo pie that was a favorite and a big treat when my mom used to bring it home. Now, I enjoy many of their different flavors. I find them to be pretty inexpensive for fresh pies that are a real treat. My favorite as of late has been their simple apple pie, with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. I have never had actual food from this place, but if the pies are sort of an indicator, than their entrees must be pretty good too. more

Baker's Square on Harlem 5/11/2006

I have been to this location a few times and was a little more impressed with the food than Ross L. My favorite B. Square is in Elk Grove Village. The food at that location is better overall. However in my opinion the food here is still OK and worth trying for yourself. The pies are good but overpriced and a bit overrated. Get a slice with your meal for the best value. The service is usually great however and I like the decor and location of this shop. It is located in a giant strip mall that features a Jewel/Osco. more

Pies! 3/8/2006

I went here for dinner with one of my buddies once and the food was terrible! Though the items sounded really good by their description on the menu, they didn't taste as good at all. But the pie we had for dessert totally made up for it. They have so many different kinds to choose from. The basic apple pie and the french silk pie here definitely get my votes for the best here. So, from my experience, just stick to the pies at this place. more

Bakers Square review 9/21/2005

I work near this restaurant so I frequently go there for lunch.I will usually order the Honey Dijon Chicken Focaccia sandwich with fries and an extra side of honey mustard sauce. The fries are perfect if you like soft fries and the sauce is to die for!Service is great, but they can get pretty busy during lunch time so I prefer to order carry-out. more
