Terrible. Don't use these guys....bad product, over pricing and the worst service imaginable. \r

I ordered flowers for my wife on Mother's Day using their website. When I got home that evening and saw the $65 bouquet these guys delivered, my first reaction was ""this looks a lot less impressive than the photo on their website."" But I let it slide. A few weeks later, I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday in early June, again from their website...again a $65 bouquet. The arrangement that showed up was the scrawniest looking arrangement imaginable....it had maybe 1/2 half the number of flowers the website photo showed.\r

But worse was to come... I emailed them to complain and included a photo of this sad looking display. The manager / owner (foreign accent) called me with the worst attitude I've experienced from a service provider. He insisted they arrangement they'd delivered looked exactly like the photo on the website (total B.S.). He then insulted me by saying my problem was I was ""cheap"" and that if I wanted a nicer arrangement I should order a more expensive one. For $65?!!. Either way, the arrangement they delivered did not look like what they're displaying on the site. From there, the conversation degenerated into an insult-match.....I think the owner is a little nuts.\r

Anyway, don't take the risk of buying from these guys. When you're buying flowers for your mother / wife / girlfriend, you need to feel confident that the service providercan be trusted to deliver a nice arrangement that looks like the one you ordered. These guys failed that test twice miserably and worse still, got hostile when called out on it. \r
