Body work fine, but when I receive the car back days late the display on my radio was not working. The lid to the fuse box was on the passenger side floor so I know they played with the electical (fix turn signal). Went back to pickup my wheel lock key that the manager promised to return to me personally when I picked up the car originally and complained about the radio display not working. They checked and Steven Cler claimed that they had not responsiblity for the radio. I call BS since it worked when I brought the card to them. more

Very professional, corteous and hassle free. I highly reccomend them! I recently had my SUV repaired for a fender bender and AllState reffered them to me. I really like their repair lifetime as long as you own the vehicle warranty. more

I took my car to Precision Collision for an estimate after a fender bender. Their estimate seemed reasonable and I set up an appointment on the spot for repairs. They said they'd order the parts and I could bring my car in the next week. They told me they would need a week to fix the car, which was fine. After dropping off the car, a week went by and I called about the status. They said they needed a couple more days - they needed to order a new tail light. A couple days later I called again, and they said they needed a couple more days - they needed to order more parts (new fender molding). Finally, eight days after they said they'd have the car ready, and 15 days after I dropped off the car, they finally had it done. My complaint is this... the parts they "needed to order" obviously needed repair at the onset. And while we waited for the parts that should have been ordered 23 days earlier, I continued to rack up a rental car bill! They were neither professional nor courteous about this matter. I was not impressed and would definitely not recommend them or use them again. more

I had a hit and run accident and my issurance coverage did not cover the costs. So I went around shopping for the best price in Bellevue, WA. Not only did Precision Collision give me the lowest estimate for the repairs, but also helped me cut down on miscellaneous paint items which were merely cosmetic. I would definetly recommend Precision Collision if you are going to cover the repair costs yourself. Once you get an estimate, make sure that you discuss all the items with the mechanic and based on your budget cut out "cosmetic" items. I found that the guys there were helpful and guided me correctly in making this decision by explaining how the car would look if I remove any particular work item. And definitely the job was well done and on time. more

I took my car to Precision Collision for repair because this is the place my insurance recommended me to go. After picking up my car from the shop, I now know why my insurance recommend themthey were friendly, quick, and efficient. I dropped my car off for repair without making an appointment, and my car was done two days before the promise date. The car (although just a minor dent) looks as good as new. I would definitely refer my friends to Precision Collision. more
