bay oaks cleaners

This is the second time they lost my clothes. The first time they sent them home with someone else, who returned them 3 weeks later after realizing they weren't theirs. This time they lost 2 pair of pants and 3 shirts. Over 6 weeks, hoping for the same to occur, I asked for the owner or manager to call every time I dropped off or picked up clothes. Nothing. Ever. Finally I got the manager when picking up clothes. She said she never called because she got conflicting stories from my wife (never called), a female employee and a male employee. Ok -- great customer service -- don't talk to the person whose clothes you lost! She gave me $30 per article. I thought things were fine till I went to drop off dry cleaning yesterday. "We won't accept your business any longer." SERIOUSLY? Too bad. They finally stopped slamming the steamers down and breaking the buttons they didn't fix before they sent them home. That's fine. Crappy customer service, lost clothes, etc. I'll take my stuff to another business that's happy to have mine. more

That is, service is by far much more important than convenience. The previous comments are absolutely true, except I WAS a faithful and regular customer. Never had an issue until now. Nobody's perfect but when you come home with half the clothes you took in because you trust them to put them in the car (in the drive thru) accounted for, and go back for the rest, only to find out they aren't there. You expect some consideration for your loyalty. Nope, just told that I was mistaken and that they gave me all the clothes. After scouring my closets and insisting that they did not return my clothes to me, the helper said the manager told her that there is nothing they can do. So check your clothes, photograph them if you have to. By the way, the day I went back to retrieve my "lost" clothes, there was another customer waiting for the rest of his clothes and they did not produce them, even when he checked before he left. Sorry sorry service!!! more

I totally agree with the last customer's comment... so it's not just me. I noticed that every time I brought in an item that has a stain on it, it will come back the same way except that it's ironed. Fed up, I took all my uncleaned stuff back after having paid for them to be cleaned and asked them to either reclean them or refund my money so I can take them else where. The owner then looked me up in the computer and saw that I only been there twice this year, so he told me, "if you are not happy with the service, you don't have to come back here." We don't need your business, he said, "since you are not a regular customer anyway." Sometimes, we do things out of habit, ie go back to the same bad business etc because it's convenient...and get inferior service. But I won't put up w/ rudeness, and the attitude of " I don't need you, because this is my cleaner." Well, guess what Mr Bay Oaks cleaner, if it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't have a cleaner.... might want to clean up your high and mighty attitude, otherwise, you will be on the street, joining the rest of the umemployment we currently have in the US. more

amazing service but a little high price. clothes are alwyas well done in a professional manner and that reflects their attitude towards their customers. they are very nice and helpful and even put your clothes in your car if you take the drive-thru. they have great hors and their cleaning is very quick for whenever you need your suits or other things cleaned. more
