I went to ZUM for the first time on a tip from a friend; too much ""aimless"", injurious working out had my body in a constamt state of aches and pains.
The long and short of my positive impression about ZUM is that I am pain free and still able to workout to a degree that challenges me.
i meet with my trainer - which is part of my membership - once a week and we work on posture, correct movement, focusing my energy to achieve reasonable, healthy goals.
I've been working out and playing sports on a competitive level for 25 years and I currently work at another fitness facility as a group exercise instructor. The truth is ZUM is eons ahead of the rest. Their staff knows how to build and heal the body.
