It actually deserves no stars, I do not understand the drs who work in this office and cannot control their rude office staff. Fire and rehire some friendly people please. Not once have I been greeted by a "hello how are you?", rather I get the "date of birth?" if you have a question do not expect to get help or answers at this office, you are bothering them by your questions and that is why they give you a folder to take home on your first visit.
Find the answer in there or if you call they will tell you to go find the answers yourself. Rude rude rude. The office is like a factory to get you in and out as fast as possible as long as you have been tested for all diseases possible for their own benefits sake.
