When this place first opened, the portions were big, the food was good, the prices were low, and service was fine. It's gone down hill ever since -- and today marked the last day I'll visit.
What used to be a decently apportioned sandwich is now stuffed with lettuce, but barely any meat. Apparently, drowning the sandwich in condiments is supposed to make up for the lack of content). The foccacia bread was dry and somewhat burnt.
Worst still was my friend's experience -- she had the ""Caprese salad,"" which had featured fresh mozzarella di bufala, but the cheese was stale and chewy. When my friend informed the person behind the counter, that person yelled at her, saying ""It's not our fault -- it's the cheese company's fault,"" which is besides the point.
It didn't help that the owner of the place looked on and didn't say anything.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Bad service, Stale ingredients, Understaffed
