Caring, competent business 2/9/2011

Nationwide Insurance set me up with these guys to fix a nasty hit-and-run dent. In addition to great workmanship, everyone from the front office staff to the mechanic went way out of their way to make sure it was a painless experience for me. I felt they genuinely cared about their customers and the work they were doing from start to finish. They also finished a day ahead of schedule. Highly recommended. more

Fast Friendly Service & Staff 2/23/2009

I had an accident and was told about Whaley Body Shop by my insurance agent. They repaired my Beemer just like new and couldn't tell that it had ever been wrecked. After reading one bad review I wondered if that person really went to the same shop I did. Mark and John are wonderful and I would highly recommend them to any one. Pros: Perfect repair Cons: Took one extra day due to extra part needed/Not really Whaley fault/BMW sent wrong more

Best body shop in Nashville! 11/19/2008

I would highly recommend this shop TO ANYONE. This shop gives accurate and speedy estimates, and everyone I've spoken to has had nothing but great things to say about it. The men working are extremely nice and personable, and seem to truly wish to help. The lady at the front was very nice. They did a wonderful job on my vehicle and I will never use another body shop again. more

Worst Body Shop Ever 6/25/2008

I had my car repainted here and it was probably the worst experience I have ever had with anyone in the automotive industry. It was a simple paint job - not insurance related and they quoted me a good price which is why I chose to do business. But they didn't keep their promise on a time frame---it took almost two weeks when they told me 4 days and every time I called they got ruder and ruder with me. The woman working the front desk should be fired -- she was not knowledgeable of anything...she was rude and very condescending...and down right nasty. Pros: None Cons: Terrible customer service, poor repair work, don't keep their promises on anything more
