I have been going to see Moe at Westpark auto for 8 years now. His expertise and honesty have kept my wife and I coming back through a succession of 6 vehicles. He is never too busy to give one-on-one attention with his smile and calm demeanor. He does not over-diagnose and has downgraded recommended repairs from two separate friend's dealerships, once stating that the problem they diagnosed was not true and once that the recommended repairs were not necessary-he made nothing this instance, not even a diagnosis fee! There have been three separate times I remember when he completed minor, secondary repairs and did not charge for them. His prices are also substantially less than dealerships and all competition that I have price-checked.
Pros: Honesty, Timeliness, Prices, Knowledgeable
Cons: Picky, but doesn't have equipment to do front-end alignments
