No, Bobbie gave ME the best cut ever!! 5/5/2009

The funky atmosphere made me nervous, but they do ""office-appropriate"" hair, too! Bobbie used techniques that made my thick, frizzy hair look good short and taught me how to apply product so I can maintain the look. I appreciate that she took her time doing my hair even though they were closing. She provided solutions for all my hair issues. Thank you Lauren and Daniel for a wonderful job you done on my hair. The service you guys gave was out of this world. It was my 1st time coming there and I'll be back again. Liz does an awesome job coloring my hair. She takes my opinion into thought and never does anything to my hair that i dislike. There has never been one time she has done my hair that i have doubted her. Always a job WELL DONE. I had been going to my same lady since I was born, so for 17 years I went to the same lady and finally decided to change to someone new and tried Liz out and every since I will not go to anyone else BUT liz. Liz has gone above and beyond my expectations. She has taken very good care of me and my hair during each visit. I started out coming in with many ugly colors in my hair and she did a complete makeover on me. Ever since I have been a faithful client to her. I would like to give thanks to Doralee! She has got to be the best hair colorist in Houston. I am the type of person that likes a cheek look, but not too overbearing that it is unacceptable in a business workplace. I leave it to Doralee and she keeps me looking great every season of the year. If you visit Visible Changes at the Galleria ask for Doralee; she is attentive, entertaining and a great person. more

April K is the best colorist 4/27/2009

I have been going to April K for highlights since I moved back to Houston in 2005. I can't imagine going anywhere else or having anyone else do my highlights. She always does an excellent job and I get the results I am looking for. April K is very precise with the color. She's also a really sweet girl and I look forward to my highlight appointments. more

Don't go here for your wedding day! 4/26/2009

This salon doesn't even deserve 1 star. I grew up going to Visible Changes. My mom, sister and I all went to visible changes. That is until they ruined my wedding day. I talked about my wedding day hair with my hair dresser ever since I started college. Finally the day had come! My mother got her hair done earlier that day and confirmed with my hair dresser that she was doing my hair that evening. As my air brush make up was being applied Visible Changes calls me saying they need to bump me back 30 minutes. Not to mention my sister was her next appointment so that would bump her back 30 minutes. Yikes, it went downhill from there! They didn't double book me, the apt before me was really for an up-do. The lady I had been going to all of my life could have said no, I can't do this I have Rachel's wedding hair next and I won't have enough time. Nope, that didn't happen. She took the job and made me wait. Wait on my wedding day! Everyone knows you are a schedule the day of your wedding! I was furious and extremely disappointed. Of course I was emotional. I had to remove my fake eyelashes from crying and re-apply makeup because the tears ruined the air brush make up I just paid for. Doralee is the best colorist in H-town period. Always treats me right and takes care of me even without an appointment. Great Place for Hair 4/25/2009

Every time I go there my colorist, Melissa, does a terrific job. Rigo cuts my hair and he does a fabulous job as well! I have to admit though every one I see walking out looks fab and glamorous! I don't trust anyone else with my hair. They are honest about what I should or shouldn't do too, so I don't walk out looking like a disaster! Pros: quick friendly service more

Like the pervious review....I to have found the ONE!!! April is amazing with color and with advice! I have been going to visible changes for a few years now and have loved my color everytime. I'm the kind of person who gets bored with color and April has been there for me everytime. Although I change it often, she always keeps my hair beautiful and most importanly healthy.
