First off, I arrived on time and was waiting for nearly an hour. When I was finally called back into the examination room, I waited another half an hour. When the nurse practitioner in charge of the place finally saw me, the examination was horrible. It felt like an assault. She would not warn me before using her fingers or a speculum. While my legs were in the stirrups, she went in and out of the room without warning, and left the door open. When the ordeal was over, I was supposed to speak to her in her office, but she made me wait for an additional 20 minutes while she had a conversation on her cell phone about office furniture. She did not listen to me, and ordered several expensive tests that subsequent doctors have said were unnecessary. I decided never to return, and called to retrieve my records. First they couldn't find them, then each time I called I was assured they would be faxed to me. The final time I called I was told I needed to sign a release form to myself, which was never mentioned any of the previous times. It has been over a month, and I am essentially begging them for results that I paid for. I would not send my worst enemy here.
Cons: Any pro is negated by the horrible unprofessional treatment
