Triangle Radiator Auto Service

I like to work on my own vehicle cause I don't trust repair shops. Having said this I know when I am getting ripped off because I have basic mechanic skills. So when I took it to Triangle I fully expected to get a bunch of games but was pleasantly surprised when they gave me an honest synopsis of what was wrong and what was going to be needed to fix it. They gave me a price that was $400 dollars cheaper than the other repair shop that I took it too. \r The job did take two days but he let me know that upfront and was true to his word about when it got done and didn't have any hidden fees. \r Being able to trust someone that works on your car is worth alot to me and thats why i want to reward it with a good review. more

Great auto repair shop. I brought my car in and it was fixed the same day, they even gave me a ride to and from work, now that's service I can get behind. They identified another problem with my car while it was there, but didn't pressure me to fix it and just told me to be aware that there was a concern that will need to be addressed in the future. I've never had a shop ask me if I wanted to get something fixed beforehand and not imediately pressure me into doing it! Its nice to make an appt though since they're pretty popular, but its easy to get in, in one day. I ended up spending less than they had initially told me and they were great at explaining everything that they did to the car and why the charges were a certain amount. This is the place I'll go from now on in Chicago. more

I'm planning on taking my car to Triangle Auto Service on 3/16/10 for a cooling system issue on my 01' Audi S4, I was recommended by a friend who is loyal custumer at Triangle + I have read good custumer experience with them as you are reading now...
