A Sales Rep with the company coerced an elderly couple into signing a contract for the wrong type of roof for their house, and then rewrote a second contract for a more expensive product. The couple asked to have their deposit back from their initial agreement, as they had changed their minds at that point, yet the company refused to do so, even after the wife had passed away. They are now suing the widower, during his time of grief, for the full amount on a job that will never be completed. I hope the owners of the company are able to sleep soundly at night, knowing that they are taking advantage of vulnerable consumers using bullying tactics. I guess tough times call for desperate measures.
