We researched a couple of other companies and decided to give the job to Seattle's Best Home Improvements. We feel they did a great job with customer service from day one. They kept us very informed on the status of the project and completed the job in a timely manner. We had some rotted wood that had to be replaced durring the job and we appreciated that they replaced it for free. We would recommed this company to anyone who is in need of siding replacement. I was also amazed that they were able to get our entire house done in one week with 3 guys.
Pros: Customer service
Cons: Its expensive to replace siding

My DT Bellevue condo is a tough install dealing with brick and concrete. A number of companies would not even touch the job, but SRC did and did a fantastic job.
I shopped around and I would certainly recommend this company. Most of the people I talked to reminded me of used car salesman, but SRC was profession in the design and install.

Bob and crew have done two jobs on our house and both turned out great. Job 1 was a water damage repair under a window and installing a new window/door. The trim work turned out very nice and the new window and door really updated the look of the room.
Job 2 was a sheetrock repair (about 26 sq feet) and a texture match. The texture match is perfect. After painting, I can not find the blend or tell where the original texture ends and the new texture begins.

We used to own ServiceMaster of Lakewood since 1969, which we ran as a family business. We did carpet, furniture, fire and water damage. Many times we would call in Hammond and Knoll to do work for our clients. Never did they get a bad review from us or our clients. Even tho we don't own ServiceMaster anymore. We still recommend them Hammond and Knoll.
