Great place to live 2/12/2010

Good: My wife and I have lived here since May of 2009. We love our apartment. The management is helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and has always done a good job. The price is great. We love having the gym and thefact that the buildings are controlled-access.. Bad: The paperwork takes a long time because this is a tax credit community.. Improvements: Just keep it up!. Other: My wife and I don't own a car. This apartment complex is great for busing. The 28 to Fremont and Downtown is right outside the door, the 358 and the 5 to downtown are each a couple blocks away, and the 345 to Northgate is Andes blocks away. There are some great little restaurants in the immediate area as well.. more

Terrible Management 11/18/2009

Tressa must've hired brand-new management for this new building, because they are clueless. It took them almost 2 weeks longer than promised to get my friend's paperwork 'approved', simply because Tressa management make a clerical error. If you can get by the poor customer service and clueless workers who answer the phone, then this place is for you. Just make sure you plan on moving in weeks later than the arranged move-in date. more
