I didn't have to go into the office until the end when papers needed signed. They came to my location to value my trade in. No back and forth negotiating was the best part of it. They got me a better interest rate for financing than what I came to the dealership with. Great. more

Excellent Service Experience 5/18/2011

A warning light went on saying "key detected in vehicle". It continued to go on. Toyota of Seattle offered me a loaner vehicle while they resolved this problem. They applied the coating I had ordered for the hood at the same time. All was resolved. The service coordinator I worked with was excellent. She was very helpful and pleasant. more

Making the most of a bad situation 3/13/2011

I recently received a recall notice on my '05 Matrix and called several dealerships to get the issue resolved. After hearing that parts were not available, they would need my car all day and/or it would be some time before they could fit me in, it was a relief to hear Toyota of Seattle say they could get me in the next day and would only need the car for a few hours. Plus, they had 4 of the 5 possible part models in stock! (depending on which was installed in my car) Check-in was quick and efficient. I was shown to the lounge and offered coffee. When I told the service tech I was going to do some shopping he had their 'pick-up and drop-off' van take me the few blocks to Macy's. (It was raining...) With in the hour I received a call. The part I needed was the one on back order. John (my service tech), gave me a tentative ETA for my part and walked me through the 'what comes next'. He also let me know the service guys had noticed the sticker on my windshield showed I was overdue for an oil change. (I never look at the sticker...) He offered the oil change and to have the van pick me up. In just over an hour I addressed the recall (I expect the follow up will go just as smoothly as it did today), got my oil and air filter changed, finished my shopping and made a great new business relationship! Service Like The Old Days 1/24/2011

Last friday on our way through seattle in a driving rainstorm, just south of seattle our windshield wiper broke and fell off to the left side leaving me almost blind in the downpour. we pulled of on the 6th ave south off ramp and i got out to check it. couldn't see how to fix it and went on internet to get closest toyota dealer's address which was your's. on arriving at dealership the service department quickly came out and took a look. seemed very likely it was broke and you might not have the part but got a mechanic to look check. shortly he returned with a socket wrench and voila, after tightening it down the wiper was fixed. how much? nothing and have a good trip. unbelievable. service like the old days. off we continued in our Highlander thinking pleasant thoughts about Toyota of Seattle. Thanks to all your staff! more

I really appreciated that Seattle of Toyota was honest and up front with me and quoted me a fair price for my new truck. While I was shopping for my new truck I went to a couple of dealerships locally and one of the dealerships I felt did not want to deal honestly with me. They would not quote me a price. more
