Jeff Singleton is an absolutely outstanding service representative. He is responsive, thorough, professionally courteous and attentive to every detail. As an example, after leaving the dealership (following my service appointment), I could not find my cell phone. I returned to the dealership to see if I had left it there and Jeff went out of his way to help me find it, calling the phone several times to see if we could hear it ring. He is a real asset to Toyota of Dallas and a pleasure to work with!!
