these guys are great i used to live in morrisvile and i used to take these guys regularily to cary and to some clubs in raleigh and i have to say awesome prices and excellent service i still use them from time to time if in the area they are a whole lot better deal than most of the taxis and about the whole no meter deal i dont seen anything wrong with that it makes it feel like ur not in a taxi at all. that said coming from a taxi owner/operator out of wilmington nc that means a lot i know the business and this is a great one. keep up the great work guys Pros: excellent customer sercive and prices Cons: not in raleigh as much as i used to be more

No meter but it is way cheaper than a cab and better service and quick reponse. Pros: value, cheap Cons: meter, dont be skeptical more

Great Value 7/15/2009

I use Touba 2 to 3 tomes a week. Cheaper then a cab. Just mapquest where you are going then call any cab service. Touba is always cheaper. All are really nice drivers, especially Sam and Omar. I work at a restaurant and everyone here uses them. Pros: Great Value Cons: no meter more

Passenger Rights 10/4/2008

Touba taxi does not jhave a meter at all! You don't know what you are paying until you reach your destination. The driver can give you any amount and you must pay him. That is complete violation of passenger rights for taxi cabs! Don't use this service!!!!!!! more
