I called a month ago, to inquire about the pizza, remembering how good other locations were when I used to live here ten years ago. The owner assured me how good it still was, so I ordered a delivery pizza, plain cheese, a medium, with extra cheese, even though it was $17.00. The owner delivered it, and when he left , I opened it and it was a basic pizza, no real flavor, and definitely no extra cheese, an unfair situation. It did not taste any different than cheap pizza. And I could not get full from eating it. Politely, I sent the receipt and a cheerful letter to the store explaining the whole thing and asking for a refund, a common consumer practice. After a few weeks, no one called me nor refunded the money, so today I called and the owner, told me " I do not like people like you, don't ever call me again", to which I said OK, politely. I am a very nice person and treat businesses fairly. This rude behavior, will no doubt cause him serious problems one day. I have never heard of anything like this.
