Worst Customer Service 1/7/2016

I called 1800StateFarm regarding my life insurance. The first rep told me he would contact my agent and have him contact me back. The same day, I emailed the agency and to this day they have not contacted me back. Couple days after, I called back the 1800# spoke to a lady and said she will send a note to my agent and to have him contact me. It's been almost two weeks. I have not heard from them. I too have faxed the agency twice regarding my concern and noted in the document to contact me. I have not heard from them. I too am an insurance agent and I don't treat my customers like they do. more

Unparalleled service from Tim's staff 2/7/2011

After 10 years of using Allstate insurance I've just converted my auto insurance to State Farm through your agency. My reasons for changing were price and agent service. I'm writing this to you not because of your price (which was substantially lower) but because of the service your agency has provided. Specifically, Monica has been absolutely delightful to work with. She has quoted me auto, home and an umbrella policy (I'm still considering the home and umbrella) often in several different ways to get just the right coverage for my situation. Further, she has been extraordinarily helpful in helping me understand the different aspects of the policy and what is prudent for my situation. Working with her -- compared with my ex agent -- was reason enough to switch. more
