I just moved to the Dallas area, and needed to get my oil changed. I found this place online and thought I would give it a try. When I drove up and headed towards the shop, I was immeasurable greeted by one of the guys from the shop. He was very nice, told me it wouldn't take long, and got my car right in.. I decided to get a soda, and wait in the convenient store. After ten minutes, he came inside to tell me that I should really rotate my tires in order to get even wear out them, so I had them do that was well. Once the tires were off, he told me that one of my rear shocks was beginning to leak, and would need replacement, but not immediately. I asked him if he would give me an estimate, and I would consider doing it on my next visit. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, and everyone was so nice. I was glad that they didn't just rush through my oil change without noticing other maintenance issues I wasn't aware of. This place had a warm and honest vibe to it, which is hard to find in a car shop, so I plan to keep going back. Pros: Great location with honest service more

While this station is conveniently located in the heart of the Park Cities, it does not adhere to the same sense of small town friendly service that other Snider Plaza businesses do. While the gas is priced higher than other stations, the best reason not to frequent this gas station is the mean spirited nature of one of its most visible sales clerks. She works on most nights weekends and some days, so to say simply to do business here when she is not working would be difficult since she apparently works there frequently. Literally every time that I have visited this station when she is working, I have experienced some unpleasant and truly threatening behavior by her. I have witnessed her screaming and running after adult customers as well as being intimidating and harrassing to children and teenagers. If you are in need of a gas station in the Park Cities, there is a Shell station a little further down Lovers Lane at the Tollway. The people there appreciate their customers and are pleasant and friendly, the same can be said of the Chevron station at the corner of Preston Road and Northwest Highway. If you are new to the area, I would advise you to steer clear of this station. Most residents are familiar with the reputation of the Snider Plaza Shell when this particular woman is working and avoid it during that time, many, such as myself, will not do business with them at all as long as they continue to employ someone who is so obviously unstable and inept at working with the public.
