Honestly you have to have lost your sense of smell if you like going there. The odor of incense-candel is so strong it is nauseating. Enya type of music repeats itself every 3 mi...

Relaxing and Convenient 4/14/2006

Bergamos is always excellent when I go to spa there. I have standing appointments every two weeks. I love to use the Steam shower before my massage. They just did a rehab on the decor in the treatment rooms and they look fabulous. I bring my husband about once a month to Bergamos Date Night and we have couples massages together. He like to use the Sauna. They also have a new Gift Book program which I love, it is 10 $25 dollar gift certificate placed together in a book, so you will always have a gift on hand whenever you need it. Thank goodness for this because I forgot my sister in laws birthday and the Bergamos Gift Book came to my rescue. Thank you Bergamos Spa Retreat for everything you do for me. more

Customer service is pain 11/18/2005

Getting my nails done here is a treat but sometimes I get horrible customer service. The staff seems to somewhat know what they are doing. It's a little overpriced in my opinion. I do like how they give appointments online. This place is big so it is worth coming to to relax and get your nails done. more
